Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Also, we participate with CareCredit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free). Arrangements for CareCredit should be made, prior to your first appointment. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We are an out-of-network provider. As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your PRIMARY insurance for 100% of our fees.

We are unable to know the reimbursement level for every different insurance, and request any deductibles to be paid at the time of the appointment. Once the reimbursement from your insurance has been determined, you will be responsible for the remainder. For most PPO insurance plans we are able to accept their level of “usual and customary” fee schedule, but not all insurance plans will accommodate out of network or specialty providers. Please talk to our front desk staff prior to treatment if you have concerns. Often a predetermination of benefits can be filed before your appointment to determine the exact level of reimbursement you will receive. We are happy to file this for you, but it will delay your appointment by a few weeks.
