Financial Policy

For your convenience we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks.  We also participate with CareCredit to help those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months interest free).  Arrangements for CareCredit ( should be made prior to your first dental appointment.  Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

We are an out of network provider for ALL insurance plans.  As a courtesy to those with dental insurance we will gladly file your claim to your insurance carrier at 100% of our fees.  Not all insurance plans have out of network benefits.  Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office.

All known copays, co-insurance and/or deductibles are due at the time of service.  We are unable to know the reimbursement level for every insurance company.  Collection of deductible and copays are based on the standard percentages/deductibles applied by the majority of insurance carriers.  Any remaining balance after insurance payment has been received is your responsibility.

A predetermination of benefits can be filed for restorations prior to your appointment to determine your expected out of pocket cost.  Please note that it may take several weeks for your insurance to process your predetermination which in turn could delay your appointment.

 Please talk with our front desk staff prior to treatment if you have any concerns or check directly with your insurance plan about out of network benefits available to you.
